Women's Art Alliance 40th Anniversary Exhibition
The exhibition will honor our history and the woman who powered the WAA through its first decade. If you wish to participate please complete the information form below no later than May 15, 2019. We also appreciate those of you who are submitting work in honor of a loved one, please fill out the form as best you can. If you have images to share they can be submitted by scrolling past the Information form.
Important Dates:
Artwork Delivery: Work will be accepted between June 22 - 29.
Artwork MUST be received by June 29.
We can accommodate earlier delivery if needed,
We will be glad to pick up artwork in the Springfield area - just let us know.
Exhibition Dates: July 5 - August 29, 2019
Reception: Saturday, July 13, 2019 from 5 – 8 PM
Exhibition Locations: M.G. Nelson Family Gallery, SAA Main Campus, 700 N 4th St
SAA Collective, in Hoogland Center for the Arts, 420 S 6th St
Drop off Location: Springfield Art Association, 700 North 4th Street, Springfield Il 62702
SAA Hours: Monday – Friday 9 AM – 5 PM, Saturday 10 AM – 3 PM
Pick Up Dates: August 30 – 31. Alternate arrangements may be made.

Other important Information:
- 2D work must be framed/finished and ready for gallery hanging/display.
- Ensure that the work is labeled on the back with your name, artwork title, and medium.
- While not required, you may choose to list the work in the exhibition for sale. Please note that if the work is sold, SAA retains 35% of the list price. SAA will handle all elements of the sale including sales tax.
- By submitting your work to the exhibition, you authorize SAA to use images of the work in full, detail, color, or black and white for promotional and/or education purposes of this exhibition.
