Reenactor & Costuming Workshop
March 21 - 22
Edwards Place is privileged to offer a workshop presented by two nationally known reenactors and costumers, Kay Gnagey and Karen Duffy, on March 21-22, 2020. This is a 1 ½ day workshop on Civil War era women’s fashion and comportment. The attendees will receive free entry to a public talk on March 20, free entry to Edwards Place, free entry to the Illinois State Museum, lunch on Saturday, as well as other items. The workshop costs $90 per attendee and will be open to 60 people.

Glass Demo Night

Enjoy a glass blowing demo with our glass artist in residence, Mario Clarke! We will provide desserts and beverages while you experience this very unique opportunity to Springfield. You may purchase your tickets in advance or simply pay at the door.

Come over to Arlington's Restaurant as several of Springfield's own celebrities serve drinks and battle to earn the most tips and donations to be crowned 2019's Celebrity Bartender of the Year!
Returning to defend her winning title of SAA's 2016, 2017, 2018, and 2019 Celebrity Bartender Battle will be Shannon Dewith-McCormick! With over $2,500 in tips raised, she is the bartender to beat for 2020.
