How to set up your online account for Classes, Camps, & Event registration

Are you a member but did not get an email on Feb 28 (check your spam/junk folder)?
Don't worry. 
​Simply email us with the subject line Member Online Registration with your full name, email, and address.
​We will update your record in our system and you will get a new email on March 6. 
​
Looking to register for a program other than Summer camp registration and did not get the email? Email or call us and we will help you out. 

For SAA Members

If you are a current member you must use your personal link or the exact name/email/phone/address we have on file in order to create an account that has your membership benefits attached.

Follow the personal account link in the email sent to you.

1. The emails will be sent the afternoon of February 28  from [email protected] titled “Sign up for your membership benefits online with the Springfield Art Association” (check your spam/junk folder).
   
2. If you are a current member and did not receive this email, contact the SAA by phone, or email [email protected]. We recommend doing this well before registration day to ensure your request is processed quickly. 
   
3. By not using your personal link you will not receive your membership benefits automatically.
   
4. We will send out the emails an additional time prior to Summer Camp registration in case you missed email on February 28.
   

Complete the registration form with your personal information and password.
Click the Register button.

If your registration was successful you will receive a welcome email with a reminder of your username. 

Be sure to have your username and password handy for summer camp and class registration day.

When it is time to register for a program, be sure to Login before you start registering for your class, camp, or event so your information populates and your receive any applicable member rates or open up early member registration. 

For New Customers

Registering an account as a non-member will speed up your registration time by auto populating registration fields when checking out. 

1. Click to open the user registration page.
   
2. Complete the registration form with your personal information and choose a password.
3. Click the Register button.
   

If your registration was successful you will receive a welcome email with a reminder of your username (your email). 

Be sure to have your username and password handy for summer camp and class registration day to make signing up much easier.
