6x6 Art Raffle Frequently Asked Questions
1. What is a bidder number and do I give myself my own number?
Bidder numbers will be issued to you approximately 24 hours after you register. This is your own personal number that we will use to announce winners on Facebook Live. You will also receive an email the day of the event reminding you what bidder number belongs to you. You can find this number once it is assigned next to your name on the top right corner or by selecting the My Info tab.
2. I do not wish to pay with a credit card, do you accept cash?
Yes, we accept cash or check if you visit us in person on SAA Main Campus at 700 North 4th Street during business hours.
3. How do I know if I win?
We will be announcing winners on Thursday, September 1 at 7PM on our SAA Facebook Live. We also will be notifying winners through text or email.
4. Why do certain artworks say preview only?
These are youth artworks that decided to collect their work after the exhibition. They will be on display only.
5.Is the closing reception still happening in person?
We are still undecided as to whether we will have an in person event. However, you may visit us on campus anytime during office hours September 15 through September 23.
6. Are you open on Monday, September 20?
We will not be open Monday, September 20 to give our staff a break after the Fine Art Fair which runs from September 18-19.
7. When is the last chance I can submit my chances to win a raffle item?
The raffle will close Thursday, September 23, at TBA
