Ages 5 - 7: Art Around The World
Tuesdays Jan 12 - Mar 2: 9 - 11AM [Ashlynn Frey]
During this course, students will travel around the world on an artistic journey, exploring two to three-dimensional multi-cultural art projects. We'll visit Spain to create our own Mexican Mirrors, India to create henna-inspired art, Canada to create our own Inuit Spirit Animals and much more! Ages 5 - 7: Little Masters Thursdays Jan 14 - Mar 4: 4-6PM [Ashlynn Frey]
During this course, students will be introduced to the masters of art. They will learn about an artist and create works inspired by them. They will learn about famous artist such as Vincent Van Gogh, Wayne Thiebaud, Claude Monet, and many more. Ages 7 - 12: Comic Drawing

Ages 8- 11: Explore, Discover and Create

Dare to explore, discover & create! During this course, students will learn about wildlife both plants and animals spanning from the land, sky and sea. Ages 12 - 16: Drawing ClassWednesdays Jan 13 - Mar 3: 3 - 5PM [Ashlynn Frey]
During this course, students will learn to draw and paint from observation using the fundamental elements of design: line, color, form, texture, shape, value, and scale. They will learn tips and tricks and experiment with dry and wet media such as pencil, charcoal, pastels, ink, and acrylics. Basic manga style comic drawing for teens. We’ll talk about character creation, the basics of manga figure drawing, telling a story through panels and pages, how to put together a cover and pages in the manga style, inking and coloring.
