Thursdays January 19 - March 9: 6 - 9PM [Erin Rice] This class focuses on the process of electroforming with copper, and is open to students of all skill levels. Electroforming is a metal forming process that forms parts through electrodeposition or electroplating on a model, known in the industry as a mandrel. Finishing techniques including use of patinas, enameling, and polishing will be taught along with various metalsmithing processes to ensure a variety of possibilities and options.
