For multi-day events within Sangamon County, we may request to leave the unit on-site overnight.

For multi-day events within Sangamon County, we require leaving the unit on-site overnight. Lodging for our staff will need to be negotiated.
Reserve the Baima Mobile Glass StudioOur Education Director, Maggie, will be your contact person for your reservation needs and questions. Please, fill out the form with your initial event request and she will get in touch.
We require: - At least 4 weeks advance notice. - Non-refundable deposit of $100 to reserve the unit. We WILL NOT reserve your date(s) without a deposit. - Power/space requirements: The unit needs 40ft x 40ft and a 120 volt electrical hook-up. - The unit can be on pavement and grass, but needs level ground. - Participants must sign a waiver on-site prior to hands-on workshops. - Event happening at night? No problem! We bring a light set-up if it is dark out. We will be coordinating the reservation request with our studio calendar and glass studio staff. It may take a couple days for a response/confirmation of dates. |
