The SAA Collective wants to thank you for participating in our 6x6 Art Raffle. Without you, this fundraiser would not be possible. Please fill out the form below and we will enter your free tickets on your behalf. By filling out this form, you will be registered to our raffle online platform, GiveSmart. If you are not already registered, you will most likely receive a text message when a staff member enters your information into the platform. This is only to generate a bid number and does not require any additional purchase unless you choose to do so.
If you are claiming tickets for a youth submission, please use the guardian's information and note the child's name at the bottom of the form.
You have until noon on March 19 at NOON to claim your free tickets using this online form. Artists can also pick up their free tickets in person at the SAA Collective gallery until the final sales end at 6:45 PM on March 19.
