All accepted, contracted artists are considered committed to the show and must pay jury and booth fees. If you must cancel, please notify the SAA in writing before June 1 to receive your 70% booth fee refund (jury fees are non-refundable).

All artists must be present for the duration of the Fine Art Fair. The SAA reserves the right to remove any artist whose work differs from juried documentation.

Setup
Registration and booth set up begins on Friday, 3 – 6 pm. Artists arriving before 3 pm will not be admitted to the grounds. Artists may set up after 6 pm on Friday and before 9 am on Saturday; a booth map will be posted for late arrivals. Registration resumes on Saturday, 7 – 9 am. Displays, equipment and tents are provided by the artists and must not block walkways. Artists may not drive on the grounds of historic Edwards Place at any time; artists may load on perimeter streets.

Parking
Vehicles must be removed from the perimeter before the fair opens to allow public access. Artist parking is provided nearby. If your vehicle is cited on the perimeter, you will not be eligible to apply next year.

Teardown
All booths must remain intact until after 4 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 16. Artists may not drive on the grounds of historic Edwards Place; artists may load on perimeter streets.

A map of the 22nd Annual Fine Art Fair and Booth Assignments will be available after all contracts from this year's artists are received.
